Flea and Tick Prevention for Dogs - Flea Collar

Does not work well and dogs can simply scratch at it and it comes undone. Seems like the retention needs work. Will not buy again.

This was the best flea collar ever! We tried everything you can imagine for our dog. With in a few hours he was reinfected. So I tried this brand and less then 2 days he was free of fleas and stopped the irritating scratching this will definitely be our go to from now on!!a must try it WORKS!!!

I cannot speak to how well it works against flees and ticks yet but the collar has to be adjusted daily for my dog. It does not stay on well.

Put it on my dog right away. I was hoping the lower price guaranteed good quality, but it smelled like berries and had not worked. The dog has continued to scratch and bite itself for about 12 days since we bought the collar - no result as advertised/expected... Buying a more expensive, more efficient one that worked really well several years ago. This item is a waste of money and time!

97% positive reviews?? I looked at the reviews and few if any said anything about this dog collar so I don't know what they were reviewing. One even said she bought one for her son's birthday. What? If that's true, you have more issues than fleas with your son, LMAO. Amazon should SAY what exactly is being reviewed other than "verified customer."I usually by the Seresto collar for spring, summer & fall when the critters are the most prevalent but those collars are SO EXPENSIVE. Since it's been such a warm winter in PA I wanted something just in case. Figured I give this a shot.It's a little weird. Usually the neck side is smooth. This one, the stepped or "jaggy" part that locks in the "buckle" is on the neck side. As you pull the collar through to adjust sizing the buckle and the "loops" roll over and over. You have to stop and unroll them. The loops stretch out and pull. I can't see this collar lasting long. Hopefully it will do what it's suppose to do until I can buy the better collar.I wish Seresto wasn't so costly. I don't think I will purchase this again. Seems a little cheap but you get what you pay for. One thing I can say is it has virtually no smell to it. I bought a puppy Hartz collar and it REEKS of citronella.

Still finding fleas, alive and thriving, on both of my dogs. The collars also fall off constantly, just get yourself some drops in the first place

Unfortunately, this product proved to be ineffective, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone who truly cares about their dog. Due to the good reviews I thought these collars would work for my three dogs. In detail, I bought three for my Boston terrier male who weighs around 17lbs at 2 years. This includes my 15-17 pound frenchi/chihuahua female and black male pug mix under 30lbs at around 5 and 1.8yrs. After around a week the collars discontinued their use. My female dog still had mites covering the end of her back as well as a few fleas. This also goes for my male dogs, and since then the collars have been discontinued for my dogs. Overall, I do not recommend this product, due to the fact of lack in efficiency. If anyone does decide to utilize this product, I hope you have better luck.
