Works perfectly now.
UPDATE:Customer service reached out to me and sent me a brand new keyboard. I got it very quickly! I immediately hooked it up and noticed how quiet it was typing compared to the other one. It also has all keys functioning perfectly! Hence, why I changed my review from 3 stars to 5. The seller, Cara, was so pleasant to deal with. I would definitely buy from this company again.I like that this keyboard lights up. The purple reminds me of the Ravens 💜. I thought there was a grey/white because of the pictures but it is definitely light blue. The rest for your wrists is also nice. However, not even a day into using it, the e and other keys are sticking. I'm always having to go back and push them 2x. My emails look crazy when I'm done typing with the letters missing. I work from home and this is VERY inconvenient. Nothing was spilled on it, I don't eat and then touch it, I don't even eat at my computer. With it being more than one key and no where near each other or me doing anything to cause it to stick soooo soon, it's definitely the keyboard. I wish it would stop. I'm going to have to get another keyboard or something because this is not conducive for work. I would not purchase this keyboard or recommend it (only because of the sticky keys). If I can figure out why it's sticking and fix it, it would change my review. However, there should be no reason keys are sticking within 24 hours of buying a keyboard.

It does not look Cheap!!
I loved this keyboard it just didn't last long enough. Bought it the last of February and the last of April it crashed. Wouldn't take a charge, Battery compartment will not open seems to be glued down. Just gave up and got my old hp one.

This has a back-lit keyboard.
I can see the keyboard keys in low light conditions. Plus you can change the backing to different colors.

Keys Stick - Edited to add info
I do chat support for a software company and my keyboard is very important. I got this one because I Liked that it was larger and was wireless and had the wrist support. The issue is that the keys stick. Specifically the "n" key - not sure why that one is the worst... but others stick as well, just not as bad. I have to backspace constantly - as I'm writing this review, I'm backspacing every time I need to enter a word with "n" in it! It's iNsaNe! So, I wouldn't recommend, especially if your living is made by being able to type efficiently without constant backspacing.I changed my review to 4 stars because the company reached out to me and sent me a new keyboard. The new one seems to work fine so I’m happy with that.

NOT RECOMMEND THIS: KEYS lettering wearing off; "N" key sticks. others too.
Not ergonomic. what good is a keyboard if you have to pound the keys to get them to work and the letters on the keys are wearing off after barely 3 weeks of use.

Faulty Keyboard?
The media could not be loaded. At first it seemed great but after using the keyboard, it couldn't keep a charge. It also did not last long on and on a specific color such as red. It would stay on as blue and not shut off on its self. No matter where I would plug it in, it would not charge as well as even trying to use the cord connection instead of it's wireless option, it would not work. I am so disappointed since it's so cool with the lights and having a spot for another item or phone. I'm assuming that I just happened to get a faulty one.Apologies in the video, my fiancé was playing with the cat. Eheh.

I love how quiet the keys are as I type. The color function is pretty neat as well as you can change through all the colors. I love it! Awesome product!!

Excellent customer service
I had purchased my 1st of this keyboard last year-ish, and liked it, so purchased another. I was very disappointed when, within 30 days, the letters on the keyboard were wearing off on all of the most-used letters. Since I am not a touch-typist, this was unacceptable. I did not write a negative review, though. **** happens, and once in a while you just get a lemon. I get so annoyed reading reviews that pan the merchant because something broke, or didn't have all the parts, etc. Rather than contacting the merchant, they go straight to the negative review. All merchants deserve a chance to make things right. And I was, once again, glad that I gave a merchant this 2nd chance.Anyway, I filled out the return info and dropped the return package at the post office the next day. The NEXT DAY, I had the replacement keyboard - on which I am typing this review. PLEASE, whoever reads this, give a merchant the chance to make things right. Even if the item is past its return window. It costs you nothing to ask. You might be (pleasantly) surprised.
