Seems to be a good Lysine supplement
I've been taking this Lysine supplement at half the labled dosage, (two capsules) every day for two months and I've suffered no detectable ill effects or issues. As far as detectable positive effects, I can't say that I've noticed anything specific, but supplements like this are more for long term health. The price seems to be okay for a Lysine supplement.
