Okay, so here's the thing, my husband always wants something that looks cool.So, we ordered this very cool looking modern contemporary fixture, I'm 46 set in my ways now & pay more attention to functionality.THIS thing is the most amazing faucet we've ever had in life and at the BEST price..I can't believe it....NOT ONLY does it look great, the turnobs are so easy to work, the water pressure is perfect and doesn't splash up onto the back area of your sink.HANDS DOWN....THE BEST modern contemporary bathroom faucet EVER!!!

That being said, I may have been a bit hasty in ordering this item, more due to the design than any quaiity issues. On the plus side, it came with the supply lines, which were the right length for my installation. It went in easily and hasn't leaked. That said, there are a few things I don't like. FIrst, the waterfall: the stream of water seems less useful somehow, narrow and wide, and the "slot" it comes out of does hold some water after I turn it off (blame physics and the surface tension of water for that) and it will drip some. Not from the faucet leaking, and not for long. If you touch a towel to the slot, you get a good idea of just how much water is in there. In the morning the sink is dry, so I am sure it's not leaking. My old Delta fixture also would swing left and right, where the position on this is fixed. I knew that when I ordered it, but I miss the "swing" more than I expected. The rest is aethetics, which again is all on me. It's very angular, which doesn't go well with my sink's rounded shape. Also, I thought I would like the white color, but it's a totally different white than the sink. In retrospect, a contrasting color, maybe chrome or satin, would have worked better. Other things you might want to know: there's no flow restrictor and no way to add one, if that matters to you. And every time I stand at the sink, from that angle it reminds me of nothing more than a paper cash register receipt hanging there. Despite all of that it works fine and I don't want my review to detract in any way from the quality of the product, which so far seems excellent. But before you order, make sure that you really want a "waterfall" style, you don't need a flow restrictor, and you love the design. If all of that is true, you should love this faucet.

I want to update my original review on a purchase made on this waterfall faucet. After 2-3 months, I started seeing the coating coming off that very disappointing and frustrating giving the time to remove the old and install this new one. I reached out to Amazon and it was past my return date. So…I was able to send a message to the seller (J-HVA) and they responded to my message instantly and continued their communication, by apologizing for the inconvenience, then followed up by acknowledging they wanted to make it right. They offered to send a new replacement faucet without me requesting that. I honestly say (J-HVA) displayed great customer service support, and if other customers are handled in this manner. They’ve built a good reputation and deserve to be on Amazon.Thank you again!

I was really excited to install these faucets. The first issue is that you cannot install the spout too tight or the handles will scrape the paint when you turn them as you can see in the second photo. We opted to just leave them slightly loose so that it didn’t get worse. Not happy at all but decided to live with it. The worst came a few months later. As you can see in the first photo, the paint is totally peeling off on the drain plug. We don’t use harsh chemicals. The sink drains well so there’s no sitting water either. It looks awful and I am so sad because I liked the look of them when we first installed them.
