Worked awesome! So glad I bought these, got two pair to have plenty of ice packs, the gel packs are still relatively flexible, was great for getting good contact right where you want it! Also would recommend these, because as the packs condense, the build moisture, which would soak cotton underwear. But they fit great, true to size, comfortable post procedure, and easy to slip the ice pack in and out of. And most importantly, still allow plenty of mobility and remained comfortable.

My husband bought this to use after his vasectomy. It was perfect because it was tight enough and he was able to use the ice pack without holding it. Good underwear to help him heal.

These underwear are gamer when post any testicular related issues that requires cooling. These underwear allow you be in public and cool off without anyone knowing you have an issue. They also allow you to position the cool pack exactly where it is needed and allows you to be mobile.

Highly recommend skipping the "vasectomy underwear". It really doesn't do the job. Nothing wrong per-se with this pair, it's just overpriced for a single pair of briefs and a few ice packs. I needed ice on the sides and bottom, not the front like this pair has a pocket for. So I basically never used the pocket. I wish I had just gotten some good regular briefs, and I could've gotten 3 for the same price, which would've been much more useful (needed to wear these for 1-2 weeks).

I was not happy to find that a couple hours after surgery I had to scrub and clean the chemicals out of the ice pack off of myself. It was extremely unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The ice and pouch to put it in is nice, but the actual underwear doesn’t add extra support like stated

These saved me so much pain, highly recommend this for vasectomy use.
