Nice journal to keep track of what I am grateful for daily, especially useful when you are going through a hard time. Most of these psi cuts are geared for women, so it’s nice to have this.

It’s perfect for my husband to start to see all he has in his life to be grateful for. It’s perfectly simple with just 3 slots a day to write down 3 things that he’s grateful for.

What a great way to start your day. Entering what you are grateful for makes all the difference. Reminders of your own blessings changes one’s perspective.

Not sure what I expected but every single page just has 4 sets of 3 lines for daily gratitudes. Pretty boring.

Bought this for my son. He is a busy body and this was a perfect book for someone the same! He can take a few minutes out of his chaos to regroup and take some time for himself. Love this!

The idea is good, and it is well-known that the state of gratitude is a healthy state.This book is ok. It has a weekly quotation, which is nice. The quotations are in a faint print though, which means you have to get the light right to read them. The pages are quite thin too.All in all, this book is ok but it's more expensive than it should be.
