They’re batteries. They give you more flight time than simply using and recharging a single battery. They work as well as can be expected for a drone that only flies about 15 minutes per battery.

I would highly recommend these!
This was packaged in an "official looking" package and work like my other TELLO batteries. But they do seem to take longer to charge and more pressure is required it seems to fit in the drone. But perhaps this just has to do with production issues? Anyway, I would highly recommend these.
