I was very happy with this test. I followed the instructions and soon had enough blood. Sent off the sample and got my results a few days later. I knew I had issues with a couple of these items so it seemed very accurate.

Lab clearly lost my sample and then it miraculously appeared, stating I had an intolerance to something I had never had any issue with (apple). Took a more expensive test recently with another company and all the things I knew I struggled with were present (cows milk, eggs, wheat).... avoid this one at all costs.

I was unable to fill the tube with blood using the tools provided. I even bought additional lancets and still found that the task was near impossible.

The kit arrived very quickly. It was a bit fiddly to get the blood but running my hands under the hot tap did the trick. The staff were very helpful. My results were back in a few days. Highly recommended

probably my fault but did not realize how much blood you need for test. Ended up in the bin. Waste of cash.
