The main concern is the handle — it's quite flimsy and doesn’t feel reliable. It held up during the first trip, but I worry it might give way if I hang my laptop bag on it.Color - same as represented in the pics.Durability - PC material is supposed to be strong. Product looks good as per the color and quality mentioned in the product description. However, mid size bag handle got broken while it is still packed with bubble cover and even inside of the bigger bag(could have damaged while packing or even before). Overall it is VFM buy

Delivered without box ,in a soiled & torned polythene cover, with scratches & defect in lock and wheels, applied for replacement on contacting customer care to ensure replacing product fully quality checked. Today got the replacement in sealed box. The medium bag qlty is satisfactory,but one wheel is defective(not free spinning), no other way than to accept as I am leaving for a trip tomorrow.
