The power bank heats up dangerously within just 10 minutes of use—it literally feels like it could burst at any moment. Because of this, my phone also started overheating, which is very unsafe and could seriously damage the device. Within just 3 months, the power bank completely stopped working. On top of that, it has negatively affected my phone’s performance as well. This product is not only useless but also a safety risk. I strongly advise everyone not to buy this. It’s better to purchase from a local shop where at least you can get proper support if something goes wrong. Very disappointed with boAt. Total waste of money.
