Can you spray this all over body a few squirts here there after shower?

I only ever used it to spray on my pillow before I went to bed to try and help me sleep, which it did I think to a degree. Not sure about spraying it on the body, my skin is a little sensitive so try not to use anything that might cause an adverse reaction.

my bottle says 50ml but notice this listed at 100 ml assume it should be 100 ml if you buy this one
