This was a very well written and solid, informative gathering of information for the beginner practitioner. It is geared towards the young adult genre, and I envisage that it could be wonderful gift idea from mother to daughter, sister to sister or friend to friend. If you are seeking advanced information on spells and Wicca practice, then you may prefer something else.

Great book. Very well thought out, and awesome for cross referencing. Lucy Cavendish also has a very cute sense of humor.
