Strongly recommend! I have super tight leg muscles due to some lower back issues and I use this daily when my back flares up. I usually stick to the settings in the pic to relieve pain.My teenage son uses it also for post-bball treatment therapy. I make him use the liners and I remove them when I need it.The temperature on the feet is amazing and my calves like it a little LESS but it’s not too hot where it irritates. This gadget has replaced me running hot water over my legs in the shower to relive to tension… so I love it.Timer runs about 20 minutes then it automatically shuts off. I will usually do two sessions at a time. back to back—- not sure if that’s recommended but it works for me.I’m a thick girl so the wrap around seems beater than the machines you have to squeeze your calves in.Noise is pretty quiet. Slight humming and compression sounds. No louder than a Blood pressure cuff reader in the store.All in all Worth the money but I wish it came with a 10ft cord! I think it comes in 6ft or so.. but that’s just me :-)

Bin sehr enttäuscht habe mir mehr davon mehr versprochen. Man hört den Motor brummen aber es passiert nichts es bläst sich auf und ist sehr umständlich anzulegen .Meine Sofaecke hatte sich ständig festgetackert an den Befestigungsstreifen ,sowie die Zeit das erstmal richtig anzulegen. Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen ,habe ich es frustriert zurück geschickt .
