I've recently been having sinus issues, the odd infection that would come back and my cheek would swell until my face looked like half a chipmunk and half hairy hobo (but that the hobo bit is just my natural look)I was recommended this product by someone who moved to the UK from SA and was said they had sinus issues since they moved to the UK and away from salt water. I took the suggestion with a pinch of salt (literally) but he was right, he gave me some of the salt solutions to use with this product and my nose cleared in overnight.It's great to use between waits for the two weeks or so I have to wait for an appointment with the local health practitioner; meaning I can continue to work, sleep easily and not be too much of an ill hassle for the misses.

This was really a surprise that it worked for me. Was able to have a clear breathing after starting to use the cleaner before bed.

Simple easy and does the job. The little button on the bottom of the bottle comes very handy
