When I opened the box I remember thinking OKAY... the shade seemed so tiny considering the length of the stand. I just felt like the shade should have been bigger. However, because the lamp is adjustable, it comes with 4 poles that you screw together you could easily opt to only use one or two depending on where you place the lamp and then the lamp shade would make perfectly good sense.I currently have the lamp sitting in the corner of my room between the bed and the wall. It is very small and fits well. I can use the light for reading in the bed without having to get up to turn the big light off when I am done. The only drawback to that is I am using all 4 legs and the controller for the lights is located on the top of the lap, so I still have to sit up to turn the light off.The lamp has 3 different settings. I know that it says it has 4 different settings but I only detect 3 and they seem more like warm light, daylight and soft light.I like the idea of this lamp, the description says that it can be used outside and that it is rainproof. Which would make this an excellent light to take camping. The lamp disassembles easily enough where it could be packed not taking up a lot of space nor would it be too heavy to carry in a backpack. I am also considering a couple more to use out back on the patio, I think they would be great at setting the mood.The only drawback I see is that this lamp charging port is located on the top of the lamp, it will run while being charged, but the cord hangs down awkwardly and it is just not very attractive. I would do the charging when not in use.I give the lamp a rating of 9... the lamp is as described and does what it says it will do. The price seems a bit steep for the lamp although it is currently on sale it is still a bit more than I would normally pay.

I wanted to love this lamp. It’s a perfect height, perfect color, perfect little shade. It is cordless and rechargeable. A full charge only lasts 6 hrs.It’s going back.

This cordless floor lamp was very easy to assemble. It comes with a cord to charge it and you press the top to turn it on, change brightness and turn it off. You can use it anywhere because it’s already charged, so you don’t need an outlet. That’s very convenient. The one negative is that it’s very short. It’s too tall to be a table lamp, but too short to be a floor lamp. It would be perfect for a child’s playhouse. It doesn’t give that much light because it’s so short. I really wish it was taller.

This lamp could be useful in many situations. It will stand up as tall as 51' or sit as a bedside lamp at 12'. It is rechargeable and claims 10 to 48 hours of charge on the battery depending on what setting it's used on. It has 3 settings, high, medium, and low light. This lets you regulate your battery usage to a degree. Unfortunately, the plug-in for the charger is in an unsightly place, right in the light itself (see 2ND pic). This is not an attractive look for leaving it plugged in and used as a regular lamp until its wireless light is needed. It does, however, work in this situation, you can use it while having it plugged in and keep it fully charged and ready for instant use.In all, it's unique with its wireless light and multiple size options for different situations. The light is clear and as bright as you need it to be. The base is heavy and keeps it stable. I will use it often and it will be great to have on hand when the power goes out.

It took only a few minutes to assemble our KDG Modern Cordless LED Corner Stand Lamp and we began to use it right away to light a formerly dark corner with no convenient outlet. This is a discreet lamp that works well without calling attention to itself, though we like the way it looks as much as how well it works. We can count on a week's use per charge at a couple of hours a night. When we want to charge it, the included long USB cable lets us do so quickly. We especially like the simple color temperature and brightness settings on this lamp. We're delighted with it and recommend this lamp for home use or gifting.

This is a floor light that you put together yourself with four 12-in sections that screw together to form a total height of a little over 4 ft tall. Remember please to read the description on the sizes as this is a very indiscreet light as the light shade itself is only three and one half inches tall and four and 1/2 in wide. This light is not meant to be a showstopper but it works perfect in a place where you do not have a lot of room. Such as for me in a slightly darker corner of our bedroom that needed more illumination in that corner. However I did not want to put a big bulky lamp over there. So this one fit perfectly in the corner of the room without taking up much space at all. Also take note in the pictures where you plug it in to recharge it, this is fine with me but it does plug in up high to the bottom of the lampshade. This will be nice in a power outage as it runs on rechargeable batteries that you recharge using the USB cable that comes with the lamp.
