The quality is perfect, as decent structure and padding. A lot of pockets and matching toiletry bag.The only reason I returned it is because it was too small for a four days / three nights worth of travel. Bummed out because I like this the most. The color is also fantastic. True to the photo

This design is perfect for my needs. However, I use it daily as a flight attendant shuffling up to 6 flights a day. it does not seem quality enough to last very long. I will update when I know for sure. It may just be a test run for the design I like best before finding a high-quality replacement.

Did not arrive damaged and had the toiletries pouch with it.I bought this bag for work so that I can carry my heels and everything else without needing extra bags. It should work.I will need time to determine durability and its resistence to water.23 Feb 2024I finally got to properly test the bag for its waterproof claims and it works!! I guess I could have submerged the bag in water at home and see if it leaked but that would not be a real test. Rain caught me on my way to work on Tues 20 Feb 2024 with my work. All documents were safe and the bag dried in the office in next to no time. To date the zips are in tact and so are the handles and seams.Update (09 Feb 2024)The bag, zipper, handles and straps have held up so far under two days of work load. That included my personal items less appropriate work shoes and actual work documents which were stored in the shoe compartment. I could test the water resistence by dowsing it with water myself but will wait for a rainy day.

Hey, I got this today and will give it to my 13 year old girl as a bd present.It's was nicer than I was expecting for the price. Bonus: it comes with a good sized zipper bag which is clear on one side.It's a subtle pink..... she's going to love it!

Got this bag as my carry on for a recent flight. It fits allot and has many compartments and pockets which is good. Has a bottom zip compartment for shoes or whatever you like. Only thing is it barely fit under the seat in front of me on my flight. Granted planes are ridiculously tight and keep getting smaller. The bag already has a small tear outside fabric at a seam. And i was just on two flights. So not the greatest quality.

I was looking for something big enough and durable for class all day as a nursing student. I LOVE this bag! I use the bottom shoe compartment as storage for my foods. The extra bag it came with I use for pens and markers! It’s so worth the money.

Love the bag everything looks just like the description. The only thing I would disagree on is the shoe size it could possibly only fit 2 pairs but bot more than that
