New favorite thing! I bought this pillow right after having shoulder surgery and had to sleep sitting up and a standard pillow was uncomfortable trying to use with my bed wedge. This pillow was flat on the bottom and I figured it would sit better on the wedge and also support my head. Little did I know how much of a difference it would make with my sleep and neck soreness. I haven’t had neck pain in 2 weeks and it was 2-3 times a week I’d be trying to rub cricks out of my neck. Added bonus it seems to be a cooler pillow and pulls heat away from my head so no sweating at night. Highly recommend- I wish I’d discovered this pillow years ago.

First, I feel like I have to state how I use the pillow and why I use the pillow. I quite often wake up with neck pain and a headache or if I don't wake up with the headache the neck pain will still eventually lead to a headache during the day. I saw reviews for this pillow and other pillows similar, very similar actually, but that cost more. My daughter has the same issue and I offered to buy her one of the more expensive pillows for her neck to see if it helped. Instead she asked me for this one. I'm not sure why she picked this one but (likely because she wanted to save me money) I bought her the pillow on the condition that she told me if it helped her neck pain. After she received it. I asked her at least once a week for 2 months if it was helping and it had been. So that led me to purchase my own. The way I use it is what I was a little more concerned with because I also have a wedge pillow that raises my upper body up when I'm asleep to help with snoring and also congestion due to allergies. The combination of these two pillows has been amazing! Both are firm but soft at the same time, which I realize doesn't seem possible, but it's almost like sleeping in a cloud to a point, but there's still enough firmness that I don't feel like I'm suffocating in soft fluffiness. Long story short, I haven't had a headache or a neck ache since I bought this for myself. For those that do still have issues with neck pain, the only thing I could think of that would cause that would be if you're using the wrong side of the pillow and it's too high or too low for you, or possibly that you have worse neck issues or different neck issues than I do that are causing the pain. The pillow feels soft and luxurious. I don't know. I just like the way it feels. Sometimes things just click. The only thing I would recommend is I bought a regular satin pillowcase that's big enough to fit the pillow just because I feel weird getting the actual cover of the pillow dirty or sleeping on it.

I like the pillow overall but it does seem to go flat after several months. Not too flat but it does get flatter. I would order again though, it has helped with shoulder, neck, and back pain.

My wife and I have been using these pillows for 6 months now. They are comfortable and hold your neck in a good position. Highly recommend.

Takes getting used to. Neck hurt in the beginning when using this pillow. Realized it was a good pillow just not for me.

I have been in the market for a good pillow that will support my head and neck. With 2 herniated disc's in my neck, it can be a challenge to get comfy in bed. I searched around and found this pillow and had to try it! It has been the best pillow I have ever had! It supports my head an neck perfectly to where I hardly move at night! It's not too soft and not too firm (just perfect), it's the same size as my last pillow too! I 10/10 recommend this pillow as it has given me pain relief for my neck at night! Bonus points: you can remove the cover (zipper on back) and easily wash it!

Seriously this pillow smells terrible. I even tried leaving it out on a table for a week, I tried fabreeze, and it still smells terrible. It has a weird chemical smell to it and it doesn’t go away. That smell will transfer to you if you use this pillow. Also not as big of an issue, it is too small, I am 6’ tall and it doesn’t cradle my neck correctly. But honestly that is a secondary issue compared to how bad this thing smells. I unfortunately forgot to return it before my return window ended.

absolutely wonderful product. Get a great night's sleep. No more neck pain. Keep cool. outer cover is detachable and washable. Offers great neck support. It retains its shape and firmness.
