I’ve been taking these for about a year. I take one every night and they have helped my gastro system so much! I have celiac and sometimes I’m not very careful when eating out. These reduce inflammation and cure constipation, restoring my gut back to health. Lots of choices on akkermansia, Codeage has been given great quality with everything I’ve tried from them.

Instead of getting the GLP shot, which has its own set of side effects, I decided to get a GLP stimulator. There are no negative side effects with this Akkermanisa, the capsules are easy to use; it seems to help me with weight loss. It's subtle though, but when I've done all I can, diet-wise, and expect to lose a little, with this I do. Apparently these work on friendly bacteria in the gut. I also take other supplements, but this one makes it easy to lose. The cravings I stopped last year by taking parasite cleanses, but this may also remove cravings. I'm on my second bottle and will continue.

I have no complaints about this product. It was recommended to me to use as a probiotic while taking a GLP one. I no longer take a GLP one and switch probiotics, but I would go back to this one if I felt like I needed to. it’s good product and a good price.

This item should be recalled or pulled from the shelves and online stores. I took them for a few days and had no issues. My wife said she felt terrible after she took them. She started looking at comments online and other people said they had upset stomach after taking them. So we took a few out of the bottle and pulled them apart. Several of them looked and felt like it was plastic inside the capsule. It was so hard it was hard to break the pieces. Some were powder. I thought that even though some of the powder packed, it would still break up when you ate it, so I put a few pieces in water. One hour later.... The pieces were still hard and hadn't even tried to dissolve.

This is the exact same thing as the "brand" name item that costs 3 times as much. The quality is good, and I have had no side affects. I have been using it now for a couple of months and plan to continue using it.

This is a live culture. Research suggests that it is very beneficial. However, there is an adjustment period where you may experience mild discomfort and a slight rash at the beginning. Although some recommend taking the inactivated version, I have chosen the live culture for two reasons: 1) The point is to have a better functioning gut microbiome, which involves establishing active cultures that support each other. 2) Taking the inactivated one makes you a long term client ($$$), without necessarily getting the full benefit.

This is one of the better probiotics. No fancy additives that are meant to impress (or confuse) the uninformed consumer. If you want a quality product that delivers what you need without a bunch of needless added “stuff” then buy this brand. I don’t want to put anything in my body that is unnecessarily needed
