Good quality, perfect snug fit for 3" hole
I had a custom cabinet made of 3/4" plywood, in which I needed to install a cooling fan. I made a 3" hole using a hole saw to fit the fan, then ordered this grommet to clean up the appearance. It is a perfect fit - it's snug and I had to press a little firmly to get the grommet fully seated in the hole. I was worried about a loose fit and the grommet rattling or vibrating, but it is snug and doesn't vibrate at all. The plastic felt heavy and sturdy, not cheap and flimsy like some others. I think a flimsy or brittle one might have cracked when firmly pressed into the hole. Highly recommended for the quality materials and perfect fit for a standard hole size.

Tight fit and worked great
I bought a pack of 5 for a project I was working on and they were perfect. I used a 3" hole saw and these fit nice and tight The cap/cover comes off so you can easily pass through plugs and wires Seem pretty durable so they should hold up over time The price was very good, especially when I compared them to some of the big box stores

This was to fill a 3 inch pre cut hole in a stereo cabinet back, for the wires to go through, it comes in 2 parts and is well made and strong, a good buy, not able to get from a UK supplier.
