Do not order unless you live in a cold climate.
Do not buy! Complete rip off. I saw that some people said it arrived melted, and I gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe some people didn’t bring it in right away, and that’s why it was melted. I kept an eye on my phone, and brought the package in as soon as it was delivered. Opened it up, and it was completely melted, and there was chocolate all over the outside of the coins. There was also no kind of refrigeration pack inside, so it was probably melted way before it ever arrived at my house. I then find out that these aren’t eligible for a return… so it’s completely unusable, and I can’t even get my money back. Doesn’t look like great chocolate to begin with, but I’m not even sure I can find out, since they’re all melted together into one giant mass.

Brilliant
These are brilliant. The kids love them. I had to hide them because they all love them so much. We'll definitely order again.

Good chocolates
The o my complaint I would have no one can help. The outside of the wrappers had what looked wax from the chocolates.

Melted and stuck together unusable for the party I had planned for them
I'm sure that at some point these were fine Belgian chocolates and I was really looking forward to using them for a pirate themed birthday party. They only got two stars out of five because they are unusable for the event I had them planned for. Knowing that it is summer, I went to pick up my packages as soon as they got delivered and opened them right up to see if the coins needed to be placed in the refrigerator but they were already melted beyond usability which means that it wasn't just the very short time that they sat on my porch. Here on the Central Coast, California it's not even all that hot. I'd say mid '70s. Perhaps the manufacturer should consider better ways to protect their chocolate in the summertime with Non-air-Conditioned warehouses and delivery trucks and what not. It's sad because I could tell they were really beautiful, but I'm afraid to order them again because I'm afraid the same thing will happen again.

Melted, can't eat
I took a risk on these and bought the 50 piece package for my son's birthday party. It's a cool 70° and mostly cloudy today. The package only sat in the shade for a couple of minutes before I took it inside. There is white stuff on ALL of the chocolates. Some are squished, but they are not currently soft, so they melted and then hardened way before they were delivered to me. I opened one and it doesn't look nice or something I would want to eat. These are UNRETURNABLE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Melted and stuck together upon arrival
I tracked this order so that I could be home to receive it and it didn't sit outside, my candies still arrived melted and stuck together. Immediately put them in the freezer to try to salvage some of them but they were done. What a waste of money.
