Continuous lengthy Repairs
I’ve had top con lasers for 20 plus years. This particular one has failed over and over. It’s been in a shop called geo shack for numerous weeks at a time. They claim it’s a parts issue is the cause of delay. All has been under the factory warranty. But loosing a tool a month at a time is very disruptive to my business. I have an older top con laser with zero issues in 12 years. This new one seems to have issues constantly I’ve lost trust with this rotator As I keep it in the case and always in the cab of my truck. The seller here is fine. It’s the product from topcon that has been has not been dependable
