This headset has very comfortable feel. And it feels like a quality headset. Not a typical headset. The packaging was nice the headset has nice weight to it and it feels like on of your more expensive Headsets in feel and weight. It has very clear sound great noise canceling and it comes charged right out the box. And it easily connects to your bluetooth. This is one that you should try.

This headset works well, but you do have to have the mic in just the right spot for anyone to hear you even if it's right in front of your mouth. I'm very active and in and out of equipment I operate and I've had numerous people that I talk to say, "I can't hear you". Noise cancelation is great, comfort is great, but I'm tired of having to move the mic and repeat what I was saying. I'm going to try a different one.

UPDATE:20 April 2024NOW I see the number 1 complaint and it is a Show Stopper.This unit stopped synching and cannot be contacted via bluetooth. In fact, I now would NOT RECOMMENDThis is the third one I purchased since I like it so much . My only complaint is they sent a used one with the power cord always rewrapped and the headset in a quart freezer bag! I will charge it and see if it works but I am disappointed that they sent one that was rejected by someone else. Instills a lack of confidence.

It’s easy to connect with phone. Sound quality is very high. It takes almost 3 hours to charge. Mic rotation 270 degree to switch one ear to another. Mic quality is very good also. Highly recommend

I will say that at first there was a bit of pressure on my head, but that is also because I have a bigger head than most. However, it works great and the audio is clear. I felt rather constraint having a wired headset, but with this, I can move around while working. I really like how the mic lights up red when you mute yourself so you can remember to unmute yourself when necessary. I also have the Conambo earpiece that I use for regular use, but what drew me to this for work was that I don't have to be concerned on the battery dying on me and disconnecting my work calls suddenly.Plus, who doesn't like Conambo's 2 year warranty?!

I purchased the K10C and was excited to use it for work and home. Unfortunately, it did not fit my ears. This company responded to my problem quickly and offered a solution that met my needs. Very pleased with their response and effort.
