There is plastic on the iron plate, even tho you can't see it. UGH to me. But it came right off once the plate cooled. Still works so 5 stars it is.

I bought this product in May by the end of June the heating elements does not stay on during ironing. Heat element auto shut down is not a built-in feature for this iron. (while ironing). As of today, the iron comes on but never gets hot. This was a waste of money. I can't return to amazon because there is no option available for a return.

The media could not be loaded. Pretty darn good 👍iron. Hardly ever "spits" I use every morning for white starched dress shirts for work. Fast and sharp ironing. Pleased.

Liked the like weight. Did not understand the steam cycling process. It seems to take more ironing time to me.

The main thing I don’t like is the temperature dial easily moves when you grasp the handle and your finger just happened to touch it so the temperature is always changing.

This iron is a good value. I especially like the light weight. Just don't forget to remove the protective coating!

The iron is aesthetically pleasing, but from the moment that I used it, the steam and water buttons kept popping out and now the iron doesn’t work at all. It’s only been a few months and I’m upset that I wasted my money!!!! 😡

I use it on my uniforms before every shift. The steam option is great and really helps to curve your hat perfectly. 🤣
