Takes time to get used to but is nice switching up the routine. Super easy to assemble.

Good for core strengthening
I have been slowly trying to recover from multiple illnesses (cancer, hypothyroidism, arthritis…). One of my first goal is core strengthening. The weight of this hula hoop makes starting easier. I worked 6 weeks and quickly went from 15 rounds each try to now more than 120 each direction (240+ each workout) 3 times a day. This workout also is a slowly helping my lower back flexibility

I am returning the hoop because it had no icons printed on the hoop
The hoop is easy to assemble but impossible to disassemble because there are no icons printed on the hoop showing where to push to unlock each piece. It works well otherwise.

Great product
My daughter wanted this for Mother’s Day so I got one and she loves it! You can’t go wrong with this product! Would definitely buy again if asked.

Childhood fun not lost
The media could not be loaded. We have skills in our childhood we shouldn’t lose in adulthood, regardless of age! We can always learn new skills too.. this is fun! It’s the perfect hoop to start with!!

The "wave" design hurts
I did some research before landing on this one....I didn't want to spend a lot of money either. During my first use, I noticed right away that the inner circle has these waves, it's not a smooth feel. Now looking back at the description, it mentions these waves in the hoop are there to massage and make you feel as though it's fat burning. Well, it hurts! It's not a comfortable feel while hula hooping. Made the sides of me hurt. I took it apart, went online to return this one and ordered one that was 2 lbs and completely circular without these "waves".

Hoop for adults
It was so easy to put together..it’s not too heavy and not too light it’s just right for what I’m needing…perfect size for me… I just tried it out and can already feel my stomach muscles in a good way.. the last one I had really hurt me…I can’t wait to use it and track my progress..
