Love this camera, but I have to be careful buying it used I purchased two 1 stop working like immediately had to send one back

Good camera. Software changes constantly and I have to remember to create routines or whatever they change it to. Didn't realize the until the 2nd of the last 2 software updates it was recording nothing. Have had these several years and used to force stopping the app on android to stop the annoying constant notifications so it went over my head when it updated. My mistake there. Also I have the biggest SD card the camera will accept cux I refuse to pay for a service when they provide a storage spot. They do not allow the SD card to be mass storage all the time. It's confusing cuz sometimes it does, an update comes along and it changes again. U just never know. Pointless to have such a large SD card if it only records 24hrs. Otherwise an overly sensitive camera that works great as long as night vision is turned off when mounted on the inside if a window. Notices movement a tad bit to soon so the recording starts b4 the object enters the field of vision or it starts after. 2yrs ago the software was perfect and worked great. Saw everything. Now its a guessing game. I have no idea why they r trying to ruin their products by terrible software updates constantly.

I love the price and convenience of this camera. I stuck it in my kids room because I didn’t feel like paying $200 for a baby video monitor. It does the job great, plus I don’t have to carry around a receiver- I just open an app on my phone. The picture/sound is a few seconds behind, but I’ve never found it to be a big deal. Sometimes I have to force close out of the app and reopen it on my phone for the talk feature to actually work. The night vision is alright. I have it on a white shelf and if it is angled wrong, all it picks up is the small section of the shelf, so I have to have it at the very edge of the shelf with the crib centered so the night vision actually picks up the crib. Again, not a big deal unless the camera is in a place where it gets nudged a lot.

The media could not be loaded.  I have no dislikes. The monthly momentum extra remote video service for five cameras 9.99 totally worth. The motion recording works great and has four different sensitivity settings. You can also grid out areas like moving object. Night vision is a very clear B&W picture. Tech support is easy to get to.

This camera didn't work. I used two different Androids with the required Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and couldn't get it to operate. We have a professional IT guy here at my work and he couldn't get this thing to do what it was supposed to do. We followed the steps taken in the instruction booklet and no luck at all. Waste of money. The seller was kind enough to refund me and told me to keep the camera. I did everyone a favor and tossed it in the recycle trash.

Do not buy these cameras support is terrible will not help you. i have called over 3 times getting help and they tell me i have to call some one else and its the wrong number. plus they go thru trouble shooting steps and can not give you any answers on fixing my cameras night vision is horrible. I would not reccommend these cameras to no one. I have chagned to Eufy i am really happy with that brand.

REVIEW UPDATE: So I was able to get this camera to work with an SD Memory Card. It does record; however, there is not much flexibility on when to record and when not. The interface is still not as good a the Nest product but the video quality is decent. Also, there are some connectivity issues here and there but there are others that have the same issue. I can’t fault this device much on that aspect, as I can with the network connectivity in my region. Cable lines are above ground so there is internet issues here and then when there’s a heavy rain or snow storm. Overall, the product works ok, hence the update on 3 stars.Worst piece of crap I’ve ever bought. This camera does not record no matter what memory card you use. You will need to opt on to the monthly subscription, which is not worth the money compared to Nest. I would much rather buy a Nest product over this one. Does not compare with the features or quality. Buyer Beware. Do not buy!

En ningún momento miré en la descripción del producto que fuera una camara reacondicionada como lo marca la propia etiqueta que viene en el producto. Y me surgen las dudas de que problemas podré tener con esta compra y si tiene garantía o no? De hecho ni siquiera la he abierto en espera de investigar porque viene así marcada si se supone que compré una nueva.
