Not actually long enough for tennis elbow
I needed a compression sleeve that was much longer, from my upper bicep to my lower forearm, for my tennis elbow, so this didn't help.

Very helpful for my condition
Originally i have ordered only one for my left arm which is worse than the other but shortly ordered the second one for the other arm too. I have nerve damage from carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands and inside the upper arm despite having nerve release surgery in both 4 yrs ago. Now i have ulnar nerve inflammation and impingement that makes it even worse. When i put these on i feel the instant relief. Maybe it's not for everybody but they absolutely help me by giving me noticeable relief once i put hem on when needed. It's easy to put it on and stays in place w/o rolling on either end plus easy to just hand wash them in light soap. I would absolutely recommend it and give it a chance. I was skeptical too but once i got them i found the relief that no medication can replace.
