It is unbelievable the results you can get with this. My deep sleep has increased dramatically, which make me wake up refresh and with more energy the next day. I highly recommended it. I also gave it to my husband and he stopped taking sleeping pills.

This was mostly my fault in not reading enough of the description. Yes, I'm only giving it 1 star, even their info said they only had good quality control practices. And of course, there is a no return policy. I'll bite the bullet and toss these guys. My health should not be dependent on drugs from South America

Most of the capsules in the bottle I received were underfilled. I have a mg scale, and weighed a few. Most were in the 960-990 mg range (so pretty close to the 1000mg they should be, not sure how much the gel cap weighed though) but some were as low as 910-920mg. Disappointed in the poor quality control, not going to buy this brand again.

I added this Amino to my diet and exercise regimen and i literally dropped 17 pounds in a month. I work hard but this did something. Must have needed more ...Seriously. I also take other supplements like a multi AND B COMPLEX AND a bunch of others as well as a protein shake Dailey wit branch chain aminos
