I’m really unhappy with this product. The motor feels weak and struggles with even basic grinding tasks like nuts or spices. It heats up quickly and gives off a burning smell, which is concerning. The blades aren’t as sharp as advertised, so the grinding is uneven and leaves chunks behind. On top of that, the build quality feels cheap. The jars and lids don’t feel sturdy, and the noise level is extremely high for such a small mixer. Cleaning is also a hassle because food gets stuck around the blade assembly. Overall, this mixer is overpriced for the performance it delivers. I expected much better quality and reliability from Wonderchef, but this product turned out to be a big letdown. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Not very happy with the product that I have received. The way I have seen everyone using; it’s not that easy to handle. Also the piece I got is not stable; I mean the Jar is not steady. Also the plastic of the jar body is not of good quality; within a month it has got stains and the shine is gone.

This so-called juicer-mixer blender presents a flawed mix of low power output, poor build quality, limited functionality, and uncomfortably bulky weight for what it tries to do. Despite the marketing hype of a high-speed motor, many users found the motor struggled and overheated when dealing with tougher or larger loads, issuing a burnt smell or shutting down prematurely. The material quality is sub-par: jars made of cheap plastic crack or leak under use, blades become loose or dull within a short time, and design tolerances (e.g., gasket fit, jar locking) are lacklustre. Functionality is similarly compromised — although it may handle soft fruits or small spice batches, it fails badly at grinding batters, nuts, leafy vegetables or blending in meaningful capacity; it often leaves lumps, coarse textures or internal strain on the machine. And as for weight and handling: while the machine is marketed as compact, users found the unit bulkier than expected for a blender they’d hoped to use frequently
