Great value
I have bought other brand name power banks with so so results. So I thought I would try a different brand. I am soooo glad I bought this. While it is a little bulky (the pics show size comparisons) it is a really nice charger. My 2nd Anker stopped working after 6 mths. Yes, the digital readout could be better but it works. Mine charges pretty quickly and I can get at least 3 full charges for my cellphone. It comes with a soft pouch and fast charging cable. Charging while using your phone is awesome. I can't say for a laptop because I just bought it for my phone.

Stopped working after a few months
This was a great charger for a few months, but it has stopped working. I charge it, it shows the % charged, but it doesn’t charge other devices. I’ve tried both USB-C ports and different cables and no luck. :-/ I wanted to reach out to support to see if they would replace it, but I’m not sure how to contact support, so here I am.

Scratched and DOA
Full of scratches and fingerprints. Dead, does not charge anything and button does nothing. Charged for an hour (led did light up for that), still the same when unplugged. DOA.

Died after 4 months
This charger was AMAZING for the first 3 months, than I started noticing that every time I needed to use it, it was dead. At first I questioned myself, wondering if I forgot to charge it or if someone else used it. Then today, I had it charging in my car; I was going to take it into the grocery store with me, but when I checked it was only at 15%, so I stuck it in my bag. When I got back to the car, I was about to charge it when I noticed it was at 0%. It had lost its 15% charge while sitting disconnected from anything.The product has a "360 day"warranty, so I'll reach out to the company and see how this is handled before I update this review.

Able to charge Dell laptop
The media could not be loaded. Was able to charge laptop but using up 100% and only charge around 60% of the laptop. Not very ideal for me.
