I love the option to adjust the firmness because I use it to hold pressure and release muscle tension as an option in between therapy sessions with myofascial release. This was recommended by my therapist and it is very helpful.

We ordered this taking a gamble on size. It was too small. I figured I could return it like most Amazon products. My mistake. The customer pays the pistage.The ball was decent quality, but i feel too expensive for the size.

I needed a small diameter exercise ball, the 4in was just perfect.

This item is very cheaply made and not at all the quality that would be expected for the price. It is worth at the most $5 and you WILL feel completely ripped off. Don’t buy it!

I bought this ball to do therapy exercises at home after rotator cuff surgery. It’s the perfect size. Also was small enough to pack in suitcase to take on vacation.

Bought it for my elderly mother-in-law, wasn’t exactly what she needed. Tried to return it, but it cost more to return it than it did yo purchase it. So now my daughters using it. I guess it’s our fault for not making sure it was prime and free returns. Didn’t know that existed this day and age. My bad.
