I received my cargo carrier today. The box was somewhat damaged, but after unpacking, there was no damage to the contents. The assembly of the carrier was very easy, though it is quite heavy. Installing it onto the truck was a bit more difficult; alone should have had at least two people to slide it into the truck receiver. Overall, the carrier seems to be very well built and should work well for moving a snowblower, a lawnmower, and other garden equipment. Like the fact that it can be folded up when not in use, avoiding having to take it off after each use.

Had to have this to haul a scooter and wheel chair. Works as it should. I have a truck and it is a big help in not having to lift anything. Easy to assemble and it is heavy duty. Adds about 6 inches to back of bumper just have to remember its back there when backing up. Great item. Love it. Price was just right. Everything fits perfect on the carrier.

Sturdy and fairly easy to put together. One problem in the instructions, it showed the plate that holds the ramp with a pin on the outside of the carrier when it actually has to be on the inside. Not a big problem except it uses lock nuts and one of them stripped out while removing to move the plate. Not a big deal just had to replace the nut. The tie downs they give you are useless. All they are good for is a false since of security. Replace them and you've got a pretty good setup.

The carrier initially arrived missing the tie down straps. 5 stars to the company! The parts were replaced almost right away and the speed and the helpfulness has impressed me. The carrier itself is sturdy and has improved my life...I am now able to easily get my electric scooter on and off the carrier, which allows me to take it everywhere with me without having to disassemble the scooter. And the convenience of the carrier being able to fold up against the back of my van lets me be able to keep my parking space where I live! All around joy at purchasing this!

Purchased in July put on van in September. Coming apart and buckling with a gogo traveler elite scooter. Very disappointed

Installed but not use to carry anything yet. Seems sturdy and the sway bracket really snugs things up nicely. Assembly was a breeze! Watch video in the description… very easy. I put this on a 2022 Chewy Equinox and will use it as a dog ramp as well for my Basset hound to get in and out of the hatch without lifting him.

Well. Did not expect it to be heavy duty for this price, but what can I say, it holds the scooter-mobile with me on top of it. The REAL ISSUE that I have with it is it's too high off ground. I have an SUV with already low hitch, (about 12in off ground), but the setup this thing comes with, raises that by about another 3 inches. That results in the Ramp Angle Too High, which results in the chair either getting hung up on the belly, or front or back wheels hanging. So either way, can't get it on without major assistance (heavy pushing). I suppose it would work fine on even lower cars, like sedans, but I would not recommend it for SUV's.

First trip out with 200 lb scooter on board, came home to find screen broken thru frame, and weld broken, and unit tilting very badly to one side.

This is perfect for me to haul my scooter! It’s easy to install and easy to unload my scooter!

Overall the ramp/basket/hitch are well made. The only concerns I have is the bolt and lock pins. The pins are small for the size of the equipment with concerns of breakage. Other than that it serves it function as described.
