I am 5’6 38 hips and pre Smart Lipo had a 28” waist, 133lbs and I bought a L based in the measurements and it was STILL too small. My hips and butt aren’t that big and the elastic and shape of the butt area is too small, maybe needs broken into but it pulls my muscle too tight. The torso looks like it may fit when more of my swelling goes down but it’s too tight at the moment on the loose row of hooks... I’m keeping it for when my swelling starts to dissipate. Hopefully the butt area loosens up too..Update: kept the Large until I needed a medium, I wear the medium snuggly and comfortably until now. To solve the tightness around the butt and upper thigh I cut off the lace and PERFECT. No more cutting into my skin and I wear it religiously whether I’m lounging around or out running around. Highly recommended because of its sturdy but breathable compression.

This was almost perfect! I’m 160# 5ft2 and typically wear a size 6 in jeans and a 34DDD. I ordered a Large and it snatched my waist nicely (I probably would be able to go down to a medium soon tho) it was very comfortable and I loved this one because it had snaps between the legs however the shorts fit more like Cheekies and did not lay smooth against my rear, it literally split my butt in quarters and like horrible under jeans. I have to sadly return these as the fit for the shorts was horrible. So if you have a curvy rear steer away from these

This shaper has great compression and makes your butt look really nice but IT COMES 2 SIZES SMALLER THAN YOUR ACTUAL SIZE. I used the chart and ordered a LG and had to return it because it wouldn’t even come up my thighs. I decided to order the 2XL and it BARELY fit. The return process was very easy though . I just dropped it off at an Amazon drop off location and got a replacement within days.

This Faja was exactly what I needed post-op. I'm 5'3", 120lbs, 32-30-36, athletic built, got a size medium. Put on 11 days after surgery and still swollen but it fit (lyingon the bed helps). It's designed to be TIGHT & supportive, so you have to be realistic of your current size and the size you'll likely reduce to once swelling goes down. You'll need two as time goes by; I will be ordering a size small since I'm 3 weeks post-op with minimal swelling. The crotch is tricky and uncomfortable because it cuts into the skin. I just folded a maxi pad to cushion the area, worked like a charm. Didn't have any issues with the elastic band around the upper thigh. Not all Fajas are created equal so try various styles to fit your body shape. The sizes for this cut is accurate.

After reading the reviews I ord it two sizes up, was Del it went on straight away but kinda sorry I didn’t just order one size up now for that extra compression, it looks really nice compared to the one the clinic gave me and has like suspenders hold up around the legs to keep it place! I think it’s a really good product and recommend it one hundred percent! I wear size 8 uk n ord xl the garment has two lines of hooks and is very breathable also compared to some I’ve used! Such a speedy del half way across the world in 3 days and sat del! Makes recovery that little bit easier!
