Pros-Love this ottoman. The fabric feels substabtial and the legs are handsome as well. Its a large piece of furniture, which for me was perfect, but might be too big for a small apartment so be sure to measure.Cons-none

After one month the sofa cushion does not stay in place, the back cushions sink, the feathers poke out and the cushion is already dipping and not holding shape. I called SimpliHome to help and the are “sending me and email”. When it was delivered….they would not deliver to my door…just my curb and I needed to have someone else come to get it up my in my elevator. They did not take away the box and I spent two hours installing the legs. This was a $1950 piece of trash that will need to be replaced when I find a version that works. Would NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN.

I bought it for my living room, and can’t be happier. It’s comfortable, soft and looks amazing.

Product arrived quickly but box and ottoman were both damaged. Quality is typical Walmart / Target style and not meant for longevity or durability. Would I buy again? Probably not.

Great choice. We are working on getting it to not slide away. The leg protectors are slippery.Order some silicone cups to see if it will keep ottoman in place because we don’t want to slide from couch to floor with our legs on it.We will see how it is after we get the cupsIt’s a great size. We wanted to try it out before buying the matching couch.Update- we got a clear Silicone sleeve type of non skid cup and the ottoman stays put. I bought an elastic slip cover to protect the ottoman for most days and may remove it if guest come.I’m happy and bought a 2nd ottoman that just arrived.

I love the sofa! It’s perfect for my living room! The material is wonderful! Arrived very quickly and was a snap to put it together! You will love this! And, may I recommend getting the Ottoman? It’s perfect!

I received this ottoman earlier than scheduled and I love it. It’s a very heavy solid piece. It was packed very well with no issues and all I needed to do was install the legs. Very easy. This is not a cheap piece of furniture.

This sofa was delivered less than 8 hours ago. The seat cushion fabric/upholstery is already buckling. There are deep creases where it should be smooth. Very unhappy. Buyer beware.
