I have had a stroke and my right hand is usually using a walking stick. The left hand has an unfortunate habit of dropping things. If I wear a shirt or jumper without a top pocket this pouch means I can carry my phone, a pencil notepad etc. without fear of dropping them. It has been worn in my waking hours constantly since bought and is still going strong. Value for money to stop expensive phones being broken and I do not have to rush to answer a landline phone if my mobile is always at hand around my neck.
