American Beauty105358 Industrial Plier Style Handpiece, 7" Length, 1/4" Electrode

The reason I chose this handpiece is it has all the right parts and functionalities of a small resistive soldering tool I used to use. The old handpiece I used to use comes from Europe and costs heaps more, and now it's hard to find.The other experience I've come across is that the American Beauty as a supplier has excellent customer support. Like several purchases I got from Amazon lately, they all came very quickly and well packed, and the postage is very reasonable which encourages you shop this way. After I opened the package I noticed one of the carbon block is broken. Further looking into it revealed there might have been caused by a bit oversight during packing in American Beauty so I wrote to them in the hope this info would avoid future mistake. The American Beauty customer support person replied and shipped out a new pair of carbon blocks on the same day as well. That's the sort of customer support you will definitely be pleased to have when selecting a new product. I will consider using this brand again if I buy tools.It's worth of mentioning here also the varieties and quality of services provided by Amazon. In particular the shipping cost has come down to such a level that overseas shopping is more feasible and encouraging. Well done Amazon!
