SuperStarch is great in that it doesn't spike blood sugar and provides you with the long-lasting fuel you need to reach peak performance.

Q: What is the difference between “performance” and “workout” powders?

The size of the scoop! I prefer the chocolate favor so I use the workout powder now and just use a scoop and half.
