I’m not sure of the fiber content in the trivet, but it looks like cotton or linen enough to be able to enjoy the look. Each trivet is made thick enough to withstand the high heat of a pan or casserole dish coming out of the oven. And they are pretty enough to put on the table. I have been using these trivets for over a year and haven’t had a single problem with them. They are wearing well with little to no fraying. They’re a life saver when you’re in a hurry to get a hot dinner out of the oven and they won’t break as ceramic trivets do. Silicone is outstanding for the kitchen too, but it lacks the charm of natural fibers.

These are really nice. The color is represented well in the photo. They seem durable so far.

Beautiful light pink color. Quality construction. Product is stiff not flexible which is fine for my use. Not machine washable, only hand washable. Very happy with product.
