A Delicious, Top Quality Premium Gin
The media could not be loaded. This is a Premium and very flavourful Gin which doesn't disappoint. The Transatlantic Navy Strength Gin is a strong 57% proof but you wouldn't necessarily realise this by the flavour, its very smooth, and there's no need to add a mixer as its absolutely delightful on its own. I particularly like the Chilli/Pepper kick produced after swallowing. This lovely Gin is very different, it's a little pricey but its a full 75cl bottle and in my opinion well worth the money. Fully deserving of the 5 stars I have given, its delicious! For your confidence; this is a Vine Voice review, I am under no obligation as to what I can or cannot write and I only ever leave honest and unbiased reviews whether they be good or bad.

Noble Rot Old Tom Gin - Good for Cocktails, not a sipper
I received this Gin to review. I did not know that the Old Tom Gin is a slightly sweeter Gin, falling somewhere between genever and a London Dry Gin in flavour profile. This wine I presume gets it's name from the beneficial form of the beneficial form of a grey fungus, Botrytis cinerea, that is used for the creation of Sauternes. I mention this as this French sweet wine, Sauternes and its flavours do come through in the Gin, which i am not a huge fan of.On the nose I get Bergamont, cardamom, jasmine and sweet tea as well. It definitely is not designed to be drunk on ice or with a splash of water and it was not pleasant when tested as such.In a Gin and Tonic I really did not like it, it was not awful, just better options for that scenario. I think this Gin is more suited to cocktails with Citrus, this might work well in a Tom Collins which I will investigate for science and report back with updates. So far this Gin has made me realise I prefer a Dry Gin.

Unique gin with rich taste
I am not too experienced in gin, but me and my friends really love to taste something new. We prefer more wine and maybe my opinion won't sound correct, but I will try to explain the taste of this drink. I haven't seen this gin before and also not too much information you can find online. So the bottle looks very impressive. Price is not too high. We have tried to make coctails like classic - ice and tonic, also taste it just with ice. You can feel some spicies and peppery warmth. And also very pleasant cinnamon. I love it. If you drink slowly, small sips - you can really feel rich flavour of different spices and light crispy citrus notes. Maybe for big noisy party is better to take classic gin like Gordon, because this one is better for quite home party when you can relax and enjoy the company and the drink. Really if I have opportunity I will give to this unique gin 6 stars. Highly recommend it!

Very, very nice
This is a bottle of Gin priced at £42.45.Sellers take a bit of a chance allowing a Vine review of their product. It is a bit of a mixed blessing for them, Vine allows someone like me with very little knowledge of their product (or product type) and someone who might not necessarily choose their product, to try it and then comment on the experience. As an example, I love Whisky and Bourbon Whisky. As a youngster, I would have had a JD and coke not understanding that Bourbons can be drank neat (perhaps best drunk neat), and that drinking them neat is a very different taste experience to drinking them with a mixer. When I received this product I immediately added tonic and ice. Lots of tonic and lots of ice. When mixed I found this absolutely delicious. Slightly strange in colour, but absolutely delicious. A large G&T and ice is one of the most refreshing drinks I know. However, I have read others comments regarding drinking this neat. So, in the interests of science, I have just had a go. I have to admit, I don't think I am there yet with my tastebuds. I don't find it as refreshing as I do when drowned in a very tall glass with loads of tonic and ice, but it is very pleasant and I can now taste the Gin.Taste wise it is intriguing. Although very smooth, there is a lot going on. Given the price, I suspect that this is a Gin that is intended to be tasted as opposed to being simply drunk.Oh, and it comes in a very nice bottle with a stopper too. It reminds me of an old fashioned medicine bottle.Very nice and thoroughly recommended.
