Yes the coffee is tested for mold and mycotoxins and the results were that it has no detectable levels of either

Any suggestions to retain longer?

1. Try moving your bowels before administering coffee enema or 2. Do a water enema with a bit of celtic sea salt prior to coffee enema, no need to hold, release immediately, then administer the coffee enema. These methods both work for me & I experience very little to no cramping and can retain for the full 15 minutes. Hope this helps and wish you luck. No worries, you'll get the hang of it.. it took me sometime til I figured it out. I have been detoxing with the coffee enema for the last 15 months and feel absolutely wonderful. Take a probiotic afterwards to replenish the flora in your intestine.

Is it ok if I boiled for 15 min, and simmer for 10min?

My opinion is that a Seems a bit long to boil. Has anyone used a percolator for brewing

I don't think a percolator would work because you need to boil off the oil for the first 4-5 minutes and then cover the pot and simmer for another 15-20 minutes. I use a medium size pot to make a large concentrated batch. I use 1.5 cups coffee to 10 cups water ( i add more water bc so much fluid evaporates). You Can Store This In the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When ready to use, mix 1 cup coffee concentrate with 3 cups water. Good luck !
