Great mattress
I looked at a lot of mattresses before choosing this one and I'm very pleased with my choice. I received great communication regards the delivery. A call 30 minutes before the delivery arrived. The mattress was rolled & shrinkwrapped. There was a cutter included to open the polythene & instructions included. After 24 hours it had reached its full depth. My 15 year old granddaughter has been sleeping on it & says its very comfortable. I'd say it's medium/firm. I'm really pleased with my purchase & can highly recommend the mattress & the customer service too!

Lovely mattress
Bought single one for my daughters bedroom. As soon as we opened the seal on the package it expanded, still have to leave it for recommended time, but already looks really good, feels really comfy, firm and bouncy. It doesnt sink on the edges when you sit. It is a heavy mattress mind. Looks and feels expensive. Bought one as was unsure of what will come, but buying another one for my sons room now too.

Mattress dimensions not correct in product description
Mattress is good, but not as per the specified dimensions. I ordered the mattress to match the depth of amother mattress which is 22 cms in height. This mattress is not even 19 cm leaving a gap of 3 cms. Have asked for a return and refund.
