Pawfect Pets Pet Travel Carrier, Soft-Sided with Two Pet Mats for Small Dogs and Cats (Khaki)

This carrier was purchased for my 11lb Persian. He is a big boy and with a thick coat of white fur. My previous carrier was a Sherpa and indeed very sturdy but always collapsed in the middle. It also didn’t allow him to sit up. Plus it had a black interior which would be daunting for any animal afraid of a carrier. It also showed every white hair left from his coat.I chose the Pawperfect in tan. It is light and airy, allows my cat to see out on all sides, and also allows him to sit up. Two fleece cushions are included into which a covered plastic platform can be inserted to create a stable bottom. Because of the size of my cat, the fleece cushions take away precious space so I only use the plastic platform. The carrier allows him to turn around—there is not room for a small bowl of kibbles, though.There is an optional handle included with plastic clips so that it can be carried over the shoulder. The clips are hard to open. The small dual handles attached to the carrier are fine but not truly comfortable for long periods of carrying the carrier. The small zippered exterior pocket is nice but very small for including supplies.Overall, although not an ideal design, it has many features preferrable to my Sherpa bag.

I’ve never had a carrier my cat likes so much, she sleeps in it. She is an 8lb cat, so on the smaller size, and fits nicely inside. The shoulder strap is great, and it’s easy to carry her by it or use the duffel-bag-style handle. The foam insert is washable, and comfortable enough for napping. The bag has several entry points (top and sides) which are zipped and then can be latched closed, good for crafty cats. There’s an outside pocket, and a hook inside (I’m assuming) to attach to a leash. There are attachments on the side of the bag for a seatbelt.I’ve used it so far to take her to the vet by car, so have never flown with it.I love the color and metal accent of mine. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I bought this carrier for my pug puppy to take him to training classes. It is too difficult to drive and keep a puppy safe by holding him. The carrier is well made and sturdy. My puppy is 5 1/2 pounds right now and he fits perfectly. He can turn around and stand up. The carrier is a bit smaller than I expected but will hopefully work for a while longer. I love that the sherpa lining for the bottom is washable and that the carrier came with 2 sherpa liners. I have had to wash one already and it washed up nicely.

I did a lot of research on as many sites as I could find before coming to Amazonsmile to buy two of these carriers. I’m thrilled! Now no more hard-sided carriers. There are too many good features to mention but you can see the photos and read their summary. They’re just great and are so easy to handle as I’m only 5 foot and carry both at the same time without really needing the shoulder straps. My cats are secure. I chose the PawPerfect Pets ones because they are just better than the rest. You’ll never be disappointed.

I ordered the small size for my little cat. There is not a lot of wiggle room, but it should okay for safe travel. The two plush mats are nice. The big disappointment is that there was no shoulder strap as indicated in the picture, but I see it was not mentioned in the description so my bad for not reading the fine print. Five stars for quality; 1 star for no strap shown in picture. Update: September 2, 2018: Pawfect Pets sent me an adjustable padded shoulder strap yesterday! It is 'purrfect!' I am changing my rating from 2 to 5 star for 'purrfect' product and customer service. Thank you Pawfect Pets!

Very nice carrier for my pups. My Two Chis loves it. Because of the mesh fabrics all around they can see you from every angle. Also like the option to load them on top and on the sides. Love, love the little zipper window in front. I keep it open while traveling in the car and when at the stores. I can touch them so they feel secure. Also give them treats. The 2 mats are a plus. The only thing I will add would be more girly girl bright colorsAnimal print in black and white AND brown and black. A little "bling" on the fabrics will not hurt

Overall, this is a great product! Durable material, just right for our pug puppy. The 2nd pet mat is an added bonus - we use it for her to rest close to her carrier or wherever she needs the extra cushion. The size is just right too! We've tried other carriers but they were just too small and short for our little pup. The only thing I would change to this product if it ever gets redesigned is more storage pockets for doggie items. I purchased a collapsible doggie bowl to hook on to the side of the carrier, which should free up the side pockets for other things. But again, overall... GREAT PRODUCT!

The hard board that goes in the bottom is vital to keeping its structure, so don't forget to put that in. Otherwise, the case *mostly* holds firm. It collapses a bit on top when you carry it, but that was to be expected since it's soft. Luckily, my cat is smaller so she was fine (10 lbs). And it, sadly, allowed me to smush the bag under the airline seat in front of me. Love the 2 fleece bottoms you can swap out. Plenty of zippers and small pockets.
