I am very pleased with the results of this fine product. A few weeks ago I couldn't stop shaking, I had muscle cramping and had very low energy. I am not going to say I am cured of all these symptoms but they have been reduced significantly by using this product. Within a few days the shaking stopped so I obviously had a some magnesium deficiency. I take an acid blocker so alot of my nutritional suppliments taken orally do not get to be absorbed properly. By getting my magnesium topically it assures me that I am getting the right amount as well as helps absorb the calcium that I do take orally.I have muscle damage in both legs and I rub it in my calves each morning and I get moderate relief every time. I have only been taking this for a few weeks but so far I feel confident that, at the very least, I am maintaining a good level of magnesium in my system and I feel more energized.I can tell this is a high quality product so if you are thinking of trying a magnesium spray give WHITE EGRET a go. I have sensitive skin and I have had no bad reactions. It comes from the Great Salt Lake and contains no other additives. I have also noticed that some cuts I had on my legs have healed much faster.We live in a world that drains us of our natural abilities to get the nutrients we need. I don't believe in over medicating with suppliments but magnesium is essential for our body to function properly and is often times hard to absorb orally. I will continue to use this product and I will UPDATE this review as I use this suppliment in the future. I have given this product four stars but if I keep getting better I will increase that rating to five stars.UPDATE: Six months later and after trying three other brands, WHITE EGRET tops them all. It is a great product and what sets it apart from the rest is that it leaves absolutely no greasy residue. As I mentioned before, I find it the easiest and most efficient way of getting my daily magnesium and the quality is superb.

My doctor recommended magnesium oil to me for topical pain relief of muscle and joint aches and pains. I picked White Egret brand as it seemed to have good ratings. It is an easy-to-use spray and it does relieve some of my muscle pains, though not all. I have fibromyalgia and any pain relief is a good thing! It rubs in quickly and absorbs without leaving a greasy feel. The only negative I have is that as it states on the package, the spray leaves a fine gritty deposit on the skin as it absorbs. However, this rubs off easily and is not a real problem for me. I only notice it for a couple of minutes.

This stuff has been great over the years. I recommend it to everyone that struggles with leg cramps (or any nagging old injuries as well). I get leg cramps at night (or in the arch of my feet) and within seconds of spraying this and rubbing it in, I get relief. If I walked a lot on any given day, I'll spray this in advance and put bootie socks on going to bed to prevent cramping in the first place. I've also used this to successfully minimize pain from an old torn meniscus (ie. clears it up completely) and any other joint pains I might have. Just rub in in the area with pain. I've even used it on my temples, behind my ears and the back of my neck to alleviate migraine. I've got my mother in law using it to heal a broken shoulder faster. Just be careful as it will stain sheets, clothing, etc. Best to let it absorb fully before sitting on sofa (ie). Also, don't put it on freshly shaven skin (will sting like salt water) and may sometimes leave behind that mineral film.

The bottle smells like water and feel like water!!! (The real product has a sticky/greasy feeling) I’ve been buying this exact product from Whole Foods for years and this one is NOT the real product !! I just purchased from you for the first time and That willBe the last time!!!!

Delivered without sprayer able to work. I wanted to return it and get another bottle but it isn't eligible for return.

This is such a great product. I bought my first bottle in Australia and since I have bought in France. This is from the Great Lakes. The bottle is solid and does't open when traveling; The quality of the pump spray is great. I use this as I learned behind the knees for faster absorption and then I massage it into sore muscles. It can sting a tiny bit if I have just shaved my legs for example. It is like putting salt water, that feeling. It can be used for a myriad of illnesses. Magnesium is an important supplement to take. Rather than ingestion and having it work through the intestines which is irritating for some, this goes directly into the blood stream and saves a loss of I think 40%. I have had all kinds of nerve pain problems and also muscle soreness from running and I put it on at night and it is great. It does make a difference.

I ordered this product when I had tremendous inflammation and pain in both rotator cuffs. A mid level health practitioner (NP) told me I had a sprain, take Tylenol, and come back in 6 months. I continued to have terrific pain and went to an orthopedist. He took X -rays and saw a lot of inflammation.He prescribed Celecoxib and sent me to physical therapy. I worked with the physical therapist who gave me exercises to do at home. A month later I am MUCH BETTER. Cautionary tale: Pain tells you something is wrong and pursue further medical help if you find your first visit was not helpful.I bought this product to help with the pain before I decided to contact the orthopedist. I think it would be soothing and hydrating for sensitive skin but not very helpful for pain. It is gentle to the skin.

I bought this a a pure Magnesium oil spray... I alternate between the two but really use the pure magnesium more as I get feel a temporary light burn after some applications (as warned) and thus feel that it is working better... doesn't mean that it is... can't really say that its working or not, because I don't know what to look for... but want to get the mineral(s) into my system... natural methods take a while, so I am happy with this. nothing to complain about.
