As I get older I feel like my skin is dull and meh looking. I don't really know how to highlight and cuntour to make my face look more 3 dimensional and I always wind up looking clownish when I try. I picked up the Pink Rose color of this blush first at a drugstore and came back here and got the Coral and the light bronzer. I really love what it does for my skin.This solid compact has cubes of different colors along with white cubes. Underneath is a small flat brush and a mirror so it is really handy when I am out. I use my own brush at home. I swirl my brush into the compact picking up the different shades and swipe the brush from the apples of my cheeks to my hairline. BAM! I get subtle color and highlighting all in one. The coral shade is not orange at all. It's very neutral. I generally stay with pinks and mauves but sometimes coral can look good on my medium olive skin tone. This coral definitely suits my skin. The blush is subtle. I don't get a ton of color with just one swipe. Just a natural looking flush. With it, I get a pretty looking smattering of fine highlighting. It's shimmer, I suppose, but doesn't come off as too much or garish. It gives my face highlights and makes it look less dull. I adore both colors of blush and am waiting the bronzer to come. I am sure I will like it.Generally I use only matte products because I never liked shimmer and I hated the fake look. But this Maybelline Face Studio Master Hi-Light blush made a convert out of me. It's very flattering and I use one or the other shade almost everyday. I have gotten compliments on my skin thanks to this blush.If you are absolutely against any sport of highlighting and shimmer, you won't like this. But if you like a slightly highlighted, glowing look, this is the blush to try. It's inexpensive and stays put all day. I rarely go with 5 stars but this line deserves it.

I had to return the first Blush because it wasn't packaged well, and it arrived cracked. You want those colors to be separate so you can select certain colors. The second one arrived with a small area cracked, so I'll live with that. Otherwise, I like the product. You can use a small brush to select only the highlight shade, or any other color. Stays well enough.

Love the way the brush and highlights blend. I used a shade lighter than I normally use in a blush. Very natural.

I bought this to use as a subtle highlighter on my cheekbones. It is subtle but, I feel, too much so. I can barely see it. Also, what I really don't like about this product is that it seems to come off too easily from the compact but it won't stay on the brush. In other words, if you run a brush over the product (do NOT use the brush that comes with it - all you'll get is a mess as the brush is apparently too stiff and takes off too much product) a lot of the product will flake off but it won't be on the brush. Very difficult for me to explain. Suffice it to say that I don't hate it enough to throw it out but I probably won't be buying this product again.

Now,here's the thing.Having only ever thought all the top name brands had to be the best,I thought at the ripe old age of 60 I had better start counting the pennies! Have a look on Amazon my mates said and just have a look.This blush arrived before the given date,well bubble wrapped.Not ever having bought Maybelline before,being more a Lancôme lady, the writing was all in Italian.Didnt bother me one bit.This blusher is amazingly!I am a convert.Soft,pretty,and gives you a veil of shimmery colour which you can build on.Buy it ladies,you won't regret it.
