Ive been wearing these for an hour or so and I feel they will cut off my circulation theyre so tight. Also they are hurting my under arch tendon. I suffer with a bad back, hips and thighs together with numbness and foot cramp and upper foot pain. Ive been diagnosed with neuroma, dropped metatarsal heads and plantar fasciitis. The hip and back pain have caused me to give up hill walking sort of exercise is now painful. I had hoped these would help but dont know whether to persist with them. I have narrow feet.Ive changed my review to positive because I kept the uncomfortable bands on in a day or so my pains had diminished significantly and I was able to sit and move around comfortably. Apart from the fact that theyre ugly and tight and I have to wear them all the time (apart from sleeping!) they're really effective so please persist with them

Despite initial cynicism these do seem to offer a lot of support and fit snugly without being constructive on my left foot, on which I've suffered through most of 2019 with plantar fasciitis. In combination with gentle stretching and use of a massage ball on my foot with these for every day walking I've actually been able to get myself running again.

Bought for my partner. It works and stops his night twitching. Happy sleep. He finds them a goid relief at work 8hrs standing so recommended as a support.

After walking in these all day, or trying to walk, there was nothing but relief after taking these off.I have VERY flat and wide feet, like flippers, so basically have no arches at all.These did nothing unfortunately, but cause more pain. I had to take them off after a few hours as they were constricting the blood flow in my feet.

The arch support braces have really made a difference to me. I normally suffer from intense foot pain which has decreased massively when wearing them. They feel really secure as well as being discreet under socks and tights. They can be worn with most shoes. I would definitely recommend.

These are the best I’ve had so far (& I’ve had a few!) really tight and supportive. I walk all day and I recommend these highly.

These bands are beyond words. They have changed my life. I couldn’t stand for more than 5 minutes before I had these. Yesterday I walked a mile.. they are amazing, comfortable and give fantastic pain relief.
