Grey coat was appropriate color. The coat seems well made with good seams throughout. Passed my waterproof test (can't breathe through the fabric.) Relatively light insulation, best for cold but not super frigid temperatures. Hood provides adequate wind protection but of course a little less peripheral vision while wearing. Good pockets for losing all your stuff (which pocket did I put that in?) Fairly snug fit, not a puffy jacket.

I ordered this prior to a trip to Austria and Germany for a Christmas markets tour. I'm glad I had this coat, because we got to experience snow, rain, and pretty cold temperatures. I wore it all the time, and it took the elements with ease, and my wife liked the bright blue color as I was easy to find in crowded markets.It's heavy without being too bulky, and there are enough pockets for gloves, hats, phones, etc. The hood zips off, which is nice on days I'm wearing a different hat or if the weather permits.Solid recommendation for this coat, and especially for the price.

Received this jacket today. The inner body is lined with a fleece like material as well as the hoodie. It’s soft and thick enough to keep you warm yet feels very light. I’m 5’9” and about 165-170lbs and the Medium fit nicely. The army green looks good, and matches the image.One down side is the sleeve is not line with fleece. The jacket has 2 lower zipper pocket, a side chest zipper pocket and an inner pocket on the left side. The hoody can also be unzipped.Overall I like the fitment and feel of the product. Definitely a good jacket in my opinion.As far as how well it’ll last and how it would fair after a few wash cycle, only time can tell.

Bought the black color of this coat. -- There's a lot to like about this coat. -- I'll share that one of the first reasons I chose it was because of the detachable hood. That's a feature that I like because I don't often need/want the hood, but if I'm working or playing outside, I like the option of having the hood zipped back on. -- There are plenty of pockets for your needs. I particularly like the zippered pocket on the outside chest for my phone or other items, and the internal chest pocket is nice for a wallet or glasses or anything of your choosing. -- I wore it in a light, cold rain, and it kept me dry and warm. I have not had the chance to wear it in a stronger rain or snow storm yet.

Got a chance to wear this coat today when the temperature dropped to 20 overnight. It fit well and is comfortable. I've always worn a medium which is what I ordered and the fit was just what I expected. It kept me warm while I was out and I liked the large pockets to stick my hands in. I don't like the hood so I removed that. It's not really stylish to wear out on a date or whatever but is good for wearing around the yard and to the grocery store. Overall it seems well made.

This is a nice winter coat. The fit is good and the pockets are very deep to hold lots of stuff. The hood is oversized which for me is a good thing. I use this coat while bike riding in the cold weather. It kept me warm riding at 30F with just a shirt underneath. Wind resistance is excellent. I haven't tested it in the rain but it appears to be at least water resistant or even water repellant.As I said, the oversized hood is good for me, not because I have a giant head, but because it fit's over my bike helmet so there is potential there for some extreme weather cycling.This is definitely the coat that I will put on when it's cold out.

This coat seems to be very well made. The fleece lining on the body and hood is very soft. The only thing I don't love is that the sleeves don't have the thicker lining. The pockets are nice and deep. Runs true to size.
