This is a great deal and the "seeds" were delicious and nice quality. The problem is that with the seeds are pieces of grit (both clear and dark, very tiny hard to see) that are both alarming to bite down on and have the potential of breaking teeth. I tried sorting the seeds to eliminate issues, but it was impossible, so I ended up throwing it out, just not worth the danger. I have purchased a lot of other products from this company and love their quality and price point, but this one is a fail.

What's not to like. I grind them, otherwise no nutritional benefit. Some people toast them, I am not convinced that helps the nutritional value, only he taste, and I do not buy these for taste.
