Whats the scoliva unit?

According to the Hot Ones when it was on Season Six in the #9 spot it is 550,000 Scoville Heat Units. We personally think it's much hotter!

Why does the sauce coagulate in neck of bottle when only half full? Have to clean with qtips to pour sauce?

Any naturally thick sauce like this one will do that sometimes. It's fine. Just use a toothpick or smack the bottom of the bottle on your palm a couple of times before opening.
