Good product. Using on broken down skin on bedridden person, seems to be helping. Reasonable price compared to other iodine products. I would recommend trying this.

Effective against most antibiotic-resistant germs so if you have a stubborn infection in a wound that regular antibiotic ointments don't seem to be working well for - this is a good alternative to try. Also good alternative for those allergic to ingredients in other common commercial antibiotic ointments such as Polysporin etc. Easier to clean up/less messy than using standard first-aid iodine drops, but it's recommended to cover the wound and this iodine ointment with a band-aid/bandage to reduce staining. A little goes a long way - it becomes a bit more liquidy and less gel-like with heat (such as body heat), so don't put too much of it on the bandage/wound - just a thin layer does the trick.

We all get cuts and scrapes, I seem to get more than my share. It is hard to find an antibiotic cream that is not triple something. My problem is I have developed an allergic reaction to Bacitracin in all triple antibiotic ointment. I do have a prescription for an ointment when I do serious damage to myself, but for simple cuts and scratches this works wonderfully

It said it was for cuts and burns. I used it on a burn and it is not non sting. It burned for a long time once it was in contact with the burn.
