Excellent product, stops my itching!

I really like MG217's tar ointment, but you gotta wear it only at night all by yourself. This seems to work great, especially on my face and shins and gives me a break from the monster Clobetasol that I can't get in the sun anyway.

After cracking and peeling on my hands and feet, I started using this more, and ordered a tube for when I am out of the house. I like the tube over the jar because it is cleaner, and easier to control how much I am getting. This helps with the dryness that leads to the cracking, but it does have a smell (one my cat does not like), and stays oily for a long time. It washes off quickly, but the effects last a long time. I apply it after a shower, and anytime I will not be in the kitchen or have busy hands.

I wanted to believe the reviews so I bought it. It’s non-greasy, but it doesn’t absorb into the skin well. It leaves my hands feeling rather dry. It’s not for me.

So far so good. I have a few patches. Before and after of one knee area after using the MG217 psoriasis 3% Sal-acid 4 times a day (been using it for 2 1/2 days). The other pic is the side of my thigh, this patch is the worst out of all of them so I’m sure this will take longer to heel. I did have a tiny spot on near my toe cuticle and that spot is almost nonexistent. The psoriasis patches developed a couple of months ago and became worse, I tried other products but nothing worked as fast as this one. It also provides some itch relief.
