Pretty good set of resistance bands.
These resistance bands would be a great addition for home gym equipment. They come with a drawstring bag for storage and there are instructions provided for different exercises you can do with them. There are five resistance levels from light to heavy, so you should be able to find one to provide the right challenge. Currently, I'm using these for band pull aparts and other shoulder mobility work and it feels good. These band are on the smaller side, so you often won't need to loop them. They're made from a kind of rubber-like material; I'm not sure how long they will last, but I think as long as you're realistic about the limits of what they can do, you should get on well with them. When stored inside the drawstring bag, everything is quite compact, and takes up very little space. These are marketed for women (yes, they're pink and purple, but who cares?), and I think that would be selling them a bit short. There's something here for all, no matter what your gender is, and for around £6, there's very little to lose in trying it out.

Can do most exercises but not all because too small
I acquired these to support some exercises I'm doing at my mum's Postural Stability class, as Mum's carer, I don't get supplied a band but decided it would do me good to join in.These bands are a full loop and pretty small compared with the 'clinical' bands supplied on the course and as such, aren't fit for some of the exercises we do in the groups and also for some that are pictured in the instruction booklet that comes with the bands (there is one exercise pictured doing hip raises with the band around the waist.... there is absolutely no chance whatsoever that these bands will fit around my waist let alone then my forearms and be able to use the band to add resistance to raising the hips). The good points:The bands are clearly marked to show what resistance level they offerThe colour coordination is very pleasingThe little pouch is useful for keeping the bands togetherThe bad points:Only partially suitable for my needsIf, what you need is a range of resistances in pretty colours that you can fit around your knees, ankles or arms, these are great but if you want to have a bit more flexibility and maybe place the bands around your back and do arm exercises or do leg extensions then these are not for you.

Good quality resistance bands but instructions provided are for the different coloured set! 🙃
This is a set of five resistance bands and each one is a different strength. Each one is a different colour. The quality seems ok but only time will tell. They come with a bag to carry them in too which seems quite handy and a little instruction leaflet. ☺️The reason why I've dropped a star is because the instruction leaflet is for the other set the seller sells in different colours to the one I ordered. The colours stated for the different strengths are not the colours in this set.Apart from the wrong leaflet, I think that these resistance bands are very good and I do recommend them. 😊

Good range of resistance, great value.
These resistance bands are well manufactured and look to be made of quality Latex. They are a good width at ~50mm and have a 600mm circumference, so they are easy enough to get hands/feet inside yet not so large that you have to spread your limbs far apart before encountering resistance. The decent width makes for a comfortable load spreading on your ankles/wrists.Whilst I wouldn't profess to be that strong, particularly in the abduction style exercises in which resistance bands generally excel, the claimed 10/15 lb (X-Light) to 45/50 lb (X-Heavy) didn't feel that convincing to me (they felt 'weaker') but my wife found the resistances acceptable. The marketing blurb does say they are for women, i'm not sure what they base that marketing on...actual strength or just because they're pink? On that note, they came in a pink mesh bag - much more fetching than the dull black one pictured. At the review price of just £5.99, they represent good value and are competitively priced.Recommended.

Good quality and great for keeping fit while travelling
This is a nice looking set and comes with a carry pouch. It’s compacts and great for those who may travel a fair bit as it’s so portable. There are 5 bands of varying resistance, basically the darker the band, the stronger the resistance but it states it on it as well. They are for a wide range of exercises and parts of the body so you really can have a full body workout.

Good but honestly not much difference between levels
Great for at home fitness, these have been super useful for my pt. The only issue is all the color bands have pretty much the same resistance. Which isn’t too high so it’s not really a problem but it’s essentially a pack of medium resistance bands

Storage bag included
These are fine and priced well. Pretty standard resistance levels that should cover you from beginner to advanced. Storage pouch. I do find it annoying when every item is wrapped in plastic, but I guess it's to stop them getting stuck to each other.
